They like to fake their order times for higher by having people pull away from the window and they will have someone "bring it right out". I've been completely forgotten twice now and had to go inside to ask about my food. This morning it was a simple coffee. I got told to go pull into a parking space for a coffee. 15 minutes later I had to go inside and got an "I'm sorry, we forgot". Will never make the mistake of stoping here again.
