had tried a McArch in Charleston, AL and it compared to Five Guys so thought I'd try this local location. I ordered through the app and asked for extra lettuce, extra onions, extra pickles and tomatoes and no bun. Even though the large sticker on the container said what I had requested, I had no lettuce and no extras. The meat was very thin and dry and salty and not like the previous McDonalds I tried. The absolute worst mcdonalds I have ever been too. From the inability to read service, to the fact their patties are riddled with holes, to the inability to provide proper customer service such as completing an order correctly. I would leave zero stars if I could as this store out of a year of ordering has NEVER completed an order correctly. Do not go here. I repeat, do not come to this specific store. I’ve noticed nights and weekends are not ideal times to go to this McDonald’s. The service and food has been subpar lately. Not sure what’s up at this location but I hope they get it together soon. Today’s blunders include not giving any napkins and the smallest chicken strip I’ve seen in recent years. Did I really just pay $3 for that piece of bread!? Where’s the chicken?
