I work on the go as a medical transporter. Today, August 22, I had stopped in through drive through for breakfast. I asked for 2 sausage McMuffin and 2 hash browns. She said if all correct please pull forward. I told her I also need 2 hash browns. She proceeded to not fix it and said to pull up. I have never in my life felt so disrespected as I did today at this location by a so-called manager who could barely communicate clearly. I ordered an ice cream cone for my daughter, and it was not filled the way we normally receive it. I politely requested that my daughter’s cone be remade, and instead of simply fixing the issue, the manager was rude and stated that she would “fire the worker” who usually makes my cones that way.
