Unfortunately our local McDonald's has been lacking in customer service for yesrs... orders are incorrect, rude employees that sometimes dont even speak, and I avoid going inside due to using the self order machines......what a mess that thing is.... Update: it is even worse that it was! Had my reciept basically thrown at me, never a Thank you, let alone have a good day or a smile. And the double drive thru is a joke! You may be next to order but they take the other lanes order that just pulled up. No taking orders in order.... read more
Just revised my review...the second burger was fine. But that first one was bad enough to compel stopping and submitting the initial review. Sooo.... just bought two double cheeseburgers and they were cold, stale bun, and (for some unknown reason) extremely salty. Like someone was having a good laugh at the expense of those who pay their paychecks. Completely terrible, will make sure I go through Berne from now on. 🤢
Big back review incoming. Love them McDonald's fries. Chefs kiss. Don't even get me started on those Carmel frappes ither. They the best thing on the menu. Although I'll say, I got some fries and I was disappointed. They basically gave me majority of the small ones and they had no potatoe to it. I think I got the bottom of the bag. I got a 10 piece nugget. Only 10 pieces this time tho usually they bless me with 11 but it's ok. Got my almost 2 yr old son a happy meal and he LOVES the nuggets. Still trash
Food was good, service was good, the safety was terrible. I stopped in with parents while visiting and running errands. After ordering and settling parents (one with advanced parkinson’s) I when right back to the counter to get a water cup so one could take their meds. In the short time between entering, ordering and settling, an employee began mopping and I fell very hard on a very wet and slippery floor.
