We ordered a $5.00 value meal, which was to include a small fry, a small drink, a four-piece nugget box, and a sandwich of choice (spicy chicken sandwiches for us). We ordered two of the exact same meal, with a request of slivered onions to be added. What we ended up receiving were fries that were cold, soggy, and oozed grease to the touch. We received nuggets that did not feel like they were ever put on a warmer, but rather the counter. Their poorly built and slow app ate my reward points, canceled my order without refunding me, and now they say they can't and won't do anything to help. Got it, don't worry I'll find a way to force you to help. So tired of these greedy big corporations and their bs, looking forward and hoping to see when your ceo gets his Luigi moment. Bank is already getting my money back, but the trouble and inconvenience is a violation I'm absolutely going to be as petty as possible about.

I visited this McDonald’s and was disappointed with the atmosphere. Staff were cursing loudly in front of customers, and management seemed more focused on control than service. Even simple amenities like outlets and Wi-Fi felt restricted, which gave the impression that guests weren’t welcome to stay comfortably. I’m here on my own time, just being a customer, and this situation only came about because of the actions of staff and management.
