I’ve been a customer of this location since it opened, and consistently have issues with the accuracy of my orders. When I contacted them this morning of yet, another wrong order, I was treated rudely and actually hung up on. When I told them the mistakes that were made, I was told to bring my food items back before a correction would be made. I don’t call often, and am usually treated more respectful, but not today. Shame on that manager!! Won’t be back.
They are fastest, friendliest, most accurate Micky D's around.. okay so I still will say that they are definitely the friendliest McDonald's around this area however today was kind of a different situation or experience rather I got the wrong sandwich so when I went back in while my fries were getting cold I waited in line for a while waiting on someone to order so when I seen a manager bring an order up I got her attention and she was very very nice and she listened and also she went and such a sandwich out to the right one... read more
I went through the drive through Food was barely warm
Slooooooooooooooooow as usual. 25 min for a couple cheeseburgers … no line inside where I ordered…
