Spent $70 on a pick up order they “couldn’t find”. Waited 20 mins for them to tell us to cancel an go through the drive through. Waited another 20 mins.
Only reason its not one star is they replaced the burger but still replacement was a little pink too. Bought a ice cream cone to go with order for my family and it was really small they also replaced that but still gonna give it another year I guess before I go back
Took almost 20 minutes to get through the drive thru lane. They have two lanes for their drive thru but only take orders from them one at a time. They also have two pick up windows but didn't use the second window at all. They could have used the second pickup window for those who had bigger orders and not make it so the people only getting a couple items off the value menu wait 20 minutes to get their food.
