Stood at the front counter for five+ minutes employees looked everywhere except at me. Obviously they knew I was there. I eventually said “excuse me” to someone who was five feet away. She looked at me and I said hello politely, she continued to glare and said nothing. I asked if we can use the restroom she said yes and begrudgingly pushed the button and let us into the restroom.

Update: over the past 6 months this McD has gone from very quick to the slowest I have visited on the west coast. In store visits usually take over 30 min to receive even if you place the order through the app and tell them you are "here" before arriving. Ridiculous! When they get the order correctly prepared and bagged, the fries are soggy and nasty, (have you seen the price of fries?) as they are the 1st item dropped into your bag before anything else is ready. 7pm shouldn't have a 50 minute line. THEY WERE OUT OF FRIES WHICH IS TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE AND WORKER IN THE BACK WINDOW SAID MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO TO “TOCO BELL OR BURGERKING” for some odd REASON VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL SHE STATED HER HUSBAND IS IN THE ARMY SO SHE DOESN’T NEED THIS JOB ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER LARGE BLACK MANAGER WAS NO HELP AT ALL FOOD WAS TERRIBLE

Very crammed inside just gonna step one each other. You cant get ahold of anyone. Also I bet you can spend 1 hour of your evening doing better things than waiting for a gaddam McChicken 🫠 in the drive through Edit: don't even think about parking. You'll be boxed in by the long drive through lane or worse
