They were not very friendly at the window but the food was up quickly witch is usual for the Syracuse location.
Just a really bad environment. Horrible costumer service. I went through the drive thru and paid for a 6 piece happy meal with extra fries a water and honey mustard. Got a 4 piece apple slices and no sauce. When I went in to rectify the issue, the manager was absolutely awful. She ignored me, and yelled at the employee near her to "take care of the counter."
