Gave 5 stars only for it to be posted, all of the employees here except 3 maybe 4 are rude and have the personality of a cactus, the service is pitiful, and bass ackerds. The older woman who works mornings is awesome who seems to care enough to even memorize my order just by hearing my voice, and the young lady maybe just out of high school is a sweetheart and has a beautiful energy about her. I won't give them my business unless it's when they are working
The burgers were OK. The service was fast.
Drive-thru management: there isn't any! Stopped this morning for breakfast.. ordered sausage mcmuffin/sausage biscuits.. nothing complicated. Was told to pull forward... then, 8 customers were served and they moved along. Finally got product; no napkins in the bag. I've had this same experience most of the time when I stop here (I am from out of town). The store at south fairmont is 100x better than this one, IMO.
Do not waste your time coming here. Especially if you are on the road just trying to grab a quick bite to eat. Waited 30 minutes for nothing. All I wanted was a 10 piece nugget meal. Asked for a refund because I didn’t feel like wasting any more time.
