They never make macchiato's correctly, you DO NOT stir the espresso!!! Paid 18.00 for cold floppy fries, screwed up BOTH sandwiches, NO ONIONS means just that! Ketchup and mustard DO NOT go on a daily double. And the manager is hateful, gives dirty looks and talks about customers who complain. Where is your so called trainer????? Mr Ebert you should be embarrassed! Ryan is the manager, he also allows music to be blasting from the back, and stands outside running his mouth and cussing with a very fowl mouth. Disgusting!!!!!!!
I know not to expect much for obvious reasons but no one is attentive, always miserable which is understandable and I don’t think they realize you’re supposed to work at work. No one seems to ever know what is going on in the mornings unless the woman supervisor is there. There’s a balance not trying to hassle fast food workers, but it’s bad.
Use to like this one till today. Better not want a large water with your order you won’t get it
