Went to McDonald’s today and went through the drive-thru. The service was quick, and the person taking my order was patient, which I really appreciated. Paying and picking up my food was easy, but once I left and checked the bag, I realized they forgot my nuggets—which was disappointing. On the bright side, the sweet tea was really good and the Dr Pepper was decent today. Overall, fast and friendly service, but missing food items definitely takes away from the experience.
Everyone was very nice
The employees are friendly, great atmosphere and it's clean. I usually go and get a few items every week or every other week for my girls, I ordered McChickens and all 3 weren't even crispy, tasted very stale. Like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours until someone decided to give it to someone. Fries and nuggets were just as bad. I just threw everything out and went to buy my family Wendy's down the road.
