I always have issues with the app and should know better than to use it. Unfortunately for this manager, Tina, she could not figure out how to find my order and instead told me she couldn’t do anything to help and couldn’t see past orders. She recommended that I ask for a refund. This is not true as other managers have figured out the app issues just fine. She was nice but kind of incompetent. Do you just train your employees to give a thumbs up at the window? Most of the drive thru crew is horrible at their job. They should be fired. They shouldn't work in food service or customer service. EDIT #1: ALRIGHT WHICH ONE OF YALL ARE PUTTING KETCHUP AND MUSTARD ON MY MAYO, LETTUCE, PICKLE, AND ONION CHEESEBURGERS???!?!
Called Asked To speak to a manager because my food was old my children cannot eat. It was 1030 at night told me the only way that I place it was if I Brought itup there tonight. Wouldn’t give me anybody number or email above them so I can contact them because there should be no reason that my food is old The way it is I work best with myself and I know this is not acceptable.!!
