We stopped in to grab a bite, even we know the food is sub par. We only ordered food for enough for our family of 3. But somehow it took over 23 minutes to get our food. When I asked the on duty assistant manager, how long of a wait should I wait before saying something? He simply replied that drive thru is prioritized and that next time, if I want food faster that I should go through the drive through. When I got home, I found my order was incomplete.
