Automated is the worst! Took almost me going into the kitchen to get sometimes attention just to use the restroom since it has a code and/or they buzz u in. Terrible. Need real employees to deal with customers unless u truly do not care about said customers.

Customer service, variety/menu and price are pretty much the same as any other McDonald's. The Drive-thru wait seems to have gotten better since the Buckley McDonald's opened.
Took me over 20 minutes to get here to pick up an Uber order and they have parked me so what's that telling you they treat mobile orders different they will probably tell the how hard is it to make one egg McMuffin and two hash browns customer it is a driver's fault 30 minutes for fast food not so fast
I came in to pick up but before I did I used the bathroom. Within a min someone else came in and just about ushered me out of the bathroom. It was weird. Like I got done and she almost followed me out. Like timing was weird. Not just that, I Washed my hands and she waited right behind me and as I was talking to her and drying my hands she got some of the soap, rubbed her hands together and as I was leaving she walked out rubbing the soap on her hands.
