Tried to take the kids because they have a play place and found out that it can be rented out and my kids couldn't play, thanks McDonalds for making my daughter cry.
Came to this McDonald's for breakfast this morning and they got my order wrong and did not give me a receipt. I understand things like this happen, but I had to wait a few minutes for them to get my order right and to finally give me a receipt. Then I decided to go inside as I forgot to order an item and I asked for lemons for my tea again since they didn't give it to me in the Drive-Thru when I asked. Was waiting for my order when I watched one of the people making the food drop a chicken patty on the floor and then picked it up and looked at the other guy also making food and said" 5 second rule" and put it on the bun and sent it on down the line to be served. Well I get the manager a skinny Hispanic women and tell her what I had seen and heard and she asked me if it was my order that it happened to and I said no so she told me if it didn't happen to my order then I should mind my own business. This McDonald’s is usually amazing, lovely staff and great food. Today was different. The usual people weren’t here, understandable. The frappe I got mainly tasted like cream, but was still good.y biggest concern is one of my hash browns. Never had this happen anywhere, but it looks like some grabbed it with their hands and left a thumb print, there is also a hair in it which you can kind of see in the picture.
