They always forget something when I order from my app... EVERY TIME. This is hands-down one of the worst McDonalds I've ever dealt with.
Literally the WORST McDonald’s restaurant that I’ve been to. That’s saying a lot, considering I am an over-the-road truck driver. I have been to this McDonald’s multiple times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have had an issue. They forget to put something you ordered in the bag, pull you forward and make you wait forever for a simple order, and all around just don’t give good customer service. This store and its managers REALLY need to get it together. It’s not a McDonald’s thing, it’s a Neosho Blvd thing.
