Manager needs to be fired
Esperanza at the window was extremely rude. She asked if I had a mobile order when I pulled up, which I didn't and I let her know what I had ordered. She rolled her eyes as if it's my fault, it isn't like they direct you who to go behind in the line, and the car at the other box had let me go first. Then upon handing my change, she dropped part of it the ground and didn't apologize or anything, just slammed the window shut.
