Clean and friendly
Did a mobile order, credit card was charged, and got a code to present in the drive thru. I go though drive and give them the code they say the order doesn’t exist. I confirm the address of the McDonalds, pull up the bank app see the charge, have the reciept on the app, and give them the code again. “The order doesn’t exist” seems like it exists on the app, and through my bank since it shows the charge.
