Maybe we wouldn’t be rated the worst McDonald’s in the state if we knew how to attend to a counter, put all the ingredients into the orders and maybe serve it at the very least, warm? Bacon, egg and cheese just to get home to 2 pieces of crunchy bacon on a plain, uncooked bagel. Straight robbery if you ask me.. management needs to change and staff needs to get acclimated.
I order from this McDonald's very rarely. And when I do order from this place my order is never right, it's always cold and the service is horrible. All of the staff u cannot understand because they barely speak English. I'm never coming to this McDonald's again

We stopped for a late dinner at 11:40 and were supposed to be open until midnight. The drive up automated announcement states they will be with you shortly. Nobody ever took the order. There was a truck there before us and he had the same issue and pulled off. We drove to the window, thinking that there was issue with ordering, and staff just looked at us and never came to the window. I'm thinking the drive up hours should be updated and the franchise owners should stop by and see if they witness the same customer disregard.... read more
