Pulled into drive thru. Waited…no response. Other lane. Car places order. Next car places order. I say “hello?” at my lane. I’m told “just a minute”. Another car in the other lane places order. I get to the window and ask for a manager. Nova comes up with a scowl on her face. I explain that I was in line and 3 other people were able to order before I was addressed. Was my favorite mcdonalds in the area but this is the second time they've been outside smoking weed instead of taking orders then laughing when we drive away after waiting forever. Tried calling as well they either dont pick up or pick up and then hangup.
So bad and and very slow
Went through drive thru around 10pm on Saturday and they told us to pull into spot 1 as they were waiting on fries. Nope, apparently just waiting on friends they would rather help. Waited 10 minutes in the spot, went in and they still hadn't made the food. Absolutely awful service, owner needs to get some decent management in here.
