I use the mobile order for the drive through about 4-5 times each week. I always have to recheck my order due to items missing. Then I have to park and go inside to get them. I'm not upset, just hopeful that things will get better. I don't even have to check my orders at the Leeds location because it's always correct. The Kelly Creek location is closer to my home.
I normally only go to this location for breakfast. I always order through the app. They are always quick and efficient. Their customer service isn't always the best, but that's to be expected with fast food!! The guy at the window basically throws your food at you, but I guess he is just hurriedly trying to get the order to you. I will continue to visit here. Their frappes are always most excellent.
