I understand everyone has bad days, and I try to keep that in mind. But I’ve had several experiences with rude employees at this location, and sometimes wait 10-15 minutes for my food. With the prices they’re charging, it’s not worth it anymore for poor customer service and long wait times.
One usually expects a certain level of competence at Mickey D’s. This franchise which almost owns fast food in Monticello is sorely lacking. Tonight I returned a mystery meat sandwich which was supposed to be fish and fries. I paid for this treat to the surly teen who took my $$ and threw me a receipt but expected to get the food I ordered - not here folks!
