One usually expects a certain level of competence at Mickey D’s. This franchise which almost owns fast food in Monticello is sorely lacking. Tonight I returned a mystery meat sandwich which was supposed to be fish and fries. I paid for this treat to the surly teen who took my $$ and threw me a receipt but expected to get the food I ordered - not here folks! Nice quite town and good service.
I hate to say this, but it's true. Order is frequently wrong. Food is frequently old and dry and stale. Yes, I keep going. We have 2 drive thrus in Monticello, so... I have always a better experience here at breakfast time than any other time of the day.
