Every single time i come to this location through the drive through and get to the window, they have me pull into one of their parking spots to wait for my food 15+ mins just to save their drive through times for upper management. Not only me, but also everyone else in the drive through line. This has happened 5+ times. Drive times should be monitored for upper management to see how awful the times are.
