Not that a bad review makes any difference at this location. But there are eight mobile order curbside pick ups for us to park. Every single one of them is full. McDonald's used to mean consistent and fast service - that is no longer true.
Weekend crews are the worst. You can stand at the counter all you want but no one will look at you or ask if you need help. When the problem is brought up to a manager, all she can do is tell me the employer is only 16. So what. Teach them how to work. 20 minutes I stood at the counter until I asked about my order. Then was told I need to say something. How about asking customers if they need help? That would be nice.
Hands down the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Consistently the slowest.
Went through this morning and ordered two medium mocha frappes and they gave me two small ones. I told the lady before I left that these are smalls and she gave me attitude about it. I went back though the drive thru and said these are definitely smalls and can you please fix it and then the manager wanted to give me attitude and argue with me and not fix it.
