I have been driving to this mcdonalds from the south-west side of madison county for months now, a 25 min drive. Just to avoid the ones in jackson that have long forgotten what "customer service" and "good food" actually mean. My last few trips have been disappointing to say the least. So I will not be making that drive any longer after this last trip. I mean I can save gas and get the same service in jackson now. Trying to order here for old people is kinda difficult. I managed to order a 10 piece nugget meal and did not get the dipping sauce I requested and when I ask I was told it would cost me 30 cents. ????? What?, also had to chase someone down to get my drink cup but finally did. The food was OK at best. Everything was made right eventually but I'll probably consider somewhere else next time.
This location amongst several others (we just frequent this one most often) CANNOT ever get our order correct. It doesn't matter if I order at the speaker or on the app. Food is rarely warm and fries are almost never fresh. Every time my husband orders something with bacon they always forget the bacon. If I order a bacon quarter pounder that means I want the bacon or I'd order the one without! 🤦🏼♀️
