You don’t expect much at McDonald’s any more, but this location is the absolute worst. 0 customer service, 0 friendliness, and they habitually screw up orders in the driver thru. I’m sure they do tons of business on base, it’s always busy, yet somehow they always manage to hire the worst employees and continue to disappoint on all fronts.
The accuracy of the order was extreamly poor. I had to return twice for items forgotten. The employee at the cash registers were friend except one who could speak English.
This place is beyond unacceptable. I am tired of wasting my money at this McDonald's. The consistent mistakes with my orders are infuriating. I order a specific item, and without fail, it’s always wrong. At this point, I'm beginning to think it's intentional. I've raised this issue multiple times, but there has been no resolution. I've made several trips just to receive incomplete orders—missing items, sauces, drinks—everything. Getting a simple meal deal should not be this difficult.
