Worst McDonald's service you will experience. 10 out of 10 times they forget or get something wrong. They will even ask to dig through your bag to make sure you are not lying. I got home and a chicken sandwich was in my Bigmac box... lol
Ordered through drivethrough. Order was wrong. Told to wait in spot 3, which was not visible, so waited in spot 2. No other waiting vehicles, and food never came out. Cold fries.
This is what i got from a iced coffee. They wouldn’t take it back and remake it. Seems like 3 day old coffee that they poured into a cup with little to no ice. Hate it there.
My mom was coming home from a meeting when she got a wrap with mix match and they put lettuce (I said no veggies) one ranch and one spicy even tho reciept says the original order . They messed it up.
