I come to mcdonalds every so often always at night, and I each time tend to get the same man working at the first pay window. He is bald, wears glasses, and has facial hair. He usually is wearing a purple hat. Every single time that I come through the drive thru, he always has the worst attitude and is blatantly rude. Whenever I have questions about my order, he acts overly frustrated and acts like it is an inconvenience. I order regularly and in timely manner so I do not see what the dilemma is.
I always have such a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s because of Miranda. I actually come from Canada, and whenever I visit this location looking for the latest toys or collectible items, she is always incredibly patient and goes above and beyond to help me. She has even taken the time to check the back storage area and search through the available stock to help me find what I’m looking for.
