Clown show. Made order for curbside pickup. Showed up and waited 15+ minutes for order….. finally gave up and went through drive through. Picked up food and lo and behold the order was wrong…. So I go through drive thru again and explained the issue. Instructed to just wait at pick up window #2. Waited for several minutes….. no response. Finally went inside. Got my correct order 30+ minutes later… do not stop her unless you absolutely have to
Asked for a plain hot and spicy and ranch, when I got home and opened it up I’d seen every damn topping know to man, Oh btw they forgot the ranch too.
How do you mess up an order for 1? Straight off the menu.
Double check your orders before leaving. Uncoordinated. Chaos. Friendly. Rude. It’s hit and miss. Tbh I do not invest my money there on account of horrible customer service. Not to mention they were painting yellow lines literally at the drive thru only to get fresh paint on my tires. No caution wet paint signs. Then I got demonized for complaining about the incident by acting supervisor. Store manager was kind and professional tho.
