i used to go to this location daily for coffee but honestly the frontline employees begrudge your presence there as if you were a pesky fly. if you would like to feel a huge lack of any positive customer interaction, this is the place for you. the employees hang out in the public restrooms for fifteen minutes or more laughing, saying they are texting each other from stall to stall while a line is created. if mcdonald’s cannot furnish a break area for their team — what do they expect? you literally can see the phones hanging ... read more

The fries are usually soggy and not that cold, and the chicken could be crispier. Not the best McDonalds.
The managers at this location were quite rude towards their customers. The one manager (forgot her name) yelled at a group of girls. From my perspective, they did absolutely nothing wrong, they were sitting and enjoying each others company and eating lunch just like any other customer.
