Diana is the rudest person!!! Why hasn’t anyone gotten rid of her? She gives very bad service. Is this what you want at a children’s place? Please do something about this!! Also not the first time how frustrating.
Marlin was very kind and attentive, the food was good as usual!
Waited 10 mins out side for my online order, had to go inside about 8 employees standing in the back not doing anything, multiple people waited on there food for awhile in the lobby. mean while im standing at the counter waiting to get helped. Finally get my food most of it barely warm.
Everything is on the electronic system and staff is not following with the upkeep. I had to wait for someone to acknowledge my presence standing at the front counter well over 5 minutes I ordered because the receipt printer was empty and I didn't receive a receipt with my order number. Once we got our order it was the wrong food, then when we got our new order we were missing items. Maybe they need more staff during their morning rush!?!?!
