Waited over 15 mins to get the order. Coffee was lava but the food was tepid.

So recently I went to McDonald’s on my lunch break (30mins). I got a Quarter Pounder ONLY KETCHUP, a Medium Fry and a large Powerade. I ordered this through the App and I got my code ready for the window. When I got there the man at the window ended up taking 20mins to type my code in, and I’m serious when I say 20mins. Update: came back twice since. Over 15 minutes to pick up a burger submitted 10 minutes before i arrived. Just wow. Abkut 30 minutes for a "fast food" burger. Makes you use the kiosks now, absolutely no front desk help, and the kiosks don't work and don't apply discounts even though they show them Literally a scam
