One of the best experiences we have had at a McDonald’s in a while
It really sucks watch 4 people go through the opposing drive through lane, having the employees not understand how their promotional buy one get one for $1 works and then they get your order wrong - that the employee even read back to you and then tell you that you have to go to the end of the line because they just have too many orders to go through. Yeah the 3 people behind us is soo many orders.
Very slow service. Why are all of the sauces, napkins and drinks behind the counter?
The manager was very hateful. The kiosks were set to “to-go only” so no dining in was allowed. There is no condiment station so you have to order what you want, which is totally fine… but my family of 7 ordered 7 of the $5 meal deals and the manager only put in 3 ketchup packets, 1 ranch cup, and 1 bbq cup… not even enough for all 7 of our meals. You want cold food and have people forget about you... feel free to eat here. No accommodations just eat your cold food and leave #106 forgot food at 12:10pm. Asked for no pickles and expect extra. Love the Falcon fast food. There is no quality control nor do they care.
