Placed our order for a bacon double cheeseburger meal and a regular cheese burger. We were asked to pull ahead and wait. 5 cars behind us were also made to wait. We waited 20 minutes. The 2 cars behind us waiting got their food before us. When we finally got our food the fries were cold, the cheeseburger was cold, the cheese on it wasn't melted.
