I ADORE RACHEL! i eat here atleast 3 times a week now because of her amazing service. My favorite McDonald's now. I usally eat there late at night, since Rachel became manager the food is made fresh, my order is always correct, service is fast, kind, and on point! I said my drink tasted funny they remade it twice for free and when I still didn't like it they replaced and upgraded it for free. The best decision they made was making her manager.
Slow and cold food
The tables were dirty, the fries were cold, and I ordered 10 chicken nuggets but they only gave me 9. They did give me new fries and another chicken nugget but they didn’t see happy.
Frappe machine always down when I come to this McDonalds.
