Idk how they do it, but they have an A+ team working here! I came in as part of the post-concert rush and they were cranking out orders so efficiently. I waited like 8 mins for my order and everything was perfect Super grateful to have good service late at night so I felt compelled to leave a review.
This McDonald’s staff was very rude to me on multiple occasions and I just feel like it’s a toxic establishment.
I ADORE RACHEL! i eat here atleast 3 times a week now because of her amazing service. My favorite McDonald's now. I usally eat there late at night, since Rachel became manager the food is made fresh, my order is always correct, service is fast, kind, and on point! I said my drink tasted funny they remade it twice for free and when I still didn't like it they replaced and upgraded it for free. The best decision they made was making her manager.
