Ive been to this location a dozen times and its never even reached the "OK" level of service. I try not to judge but I worked a long time for a franchise and know how hard it is but there is zero sense of urgency at this location ever. Food has been decent but you need both.
I came over to the us for a concert and went to grab some food, barley anyone in there, I waited 50 minutes just for someone to take my order (I had cash only) and then after paying waited another hour and a half for my food to be ready. I was not very happy with my food, I received the wrong amount of food, and it was cold. I would come here again if it was in a time where I’m hungry, but it was very disappointing.
Bathroom is not unlocked, you have to find a crew member (good luck!) to buzz you in. They forgot about our BBQ sauce, our fifa cup. When we asked about the FIFA cup, they demanded a receipt because of course the customer is lying? Food was normal Mac.
