I honestly don’t know where to begin. My daughter and I pulled into the drive-thru expecting a simple breakfast. We ordered two sausage McMuffins and a hash brown. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. We sat waiting far longer than we should have, and when we finally reached the window, the employee handed us our food without saying a single word. No greeting. I won't be returning to this McDonald's. Prices have gone up to the point where two sausage and egg biscuits and two hash browns were nearly $15. The self-service kiosk wasn't accepting payments, so I selected the option to pay at the counter, but it never printed a receipt so I could give them my order #. After waiting several minutes at the register, an employee came over but continued talking to someone at the drive-thru instead of helping me, while several other employees stood nearby. Ordered filet-o-fish meals and they only put half a cheese in the sandwich.......no ideas what happened to the other half. Fries were cold and very soft.
Just went through drive-up 6/27 at 1:30pm. I ordered and paid for a pack of 3 chocolate chip cookies. Got home, low and behold no chocolate chip cookies in the bag. Also ordered Sprite Berry Blast and I cant taste the blue raspberry syrup. Tried calling, nobody answered and no voicemail to leave a message. DO BETTER!
