Staff are absolutely horrid and the manager here has a complete mental issues or just doesn’t know how to talk to people at 1am. They messed up my order THREE TIMES and wasted 40 mins of my life. I suggest going to the Centerville location if you want McDonald’s late at the night, the managers there are completely nice and actually know communication skills.
Drive thru shuts down at random times. You wait to order and just can't even get a response. Someone could have the courtesy to at least say "we are closed now"...ain't happening. Low mentality.
