Got the McDouble a small fry a medium fry. The McDouble was sloppy on the bun. The meat and condiments always seem to be on one side of the bun instead of being in the middle.
The customer service me and my family received from the employee working in the drive thru to the manager was VERY unprofessional. The girl working in the drive thru had a very nasty attitude towards me and my family and were rushing us to order. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she basically brushed us off. I will be taking my concerns to corporate. HOPEFULLY they care about their customers. I won’t be shopping with them anymore.
i’m not exactly sure who the blonde girl working the window at 10:15pm on 9/9 with the nasty attitude is is but she should probably watch how she acts towards customers and stop telling people to pull to the first window if she’s just going to scream out the 2nd and then proceed with disgusting behavior. you can’t afford to lose that job so act like it.
There was no one to wait on customers manager was very rude food was cold won't be back to mcdonalds Ronald mcdonald will be very disappointed in this store
