It’s McDonald’s what do you expect.
Management was awful, refused to help us for 20 minutes... impolite and said we had to leave at 10 o'clock even though it says that dining is open till 11 o'clock.
Our go to McDonald’s once or twice a month. It’s down the street, and it has always been consistent. Tonight we used the self-order inside. We had a happy meal with no fries, no cheese on the burger, and the wrong milk. We got a paper thin hamburger, wrong drink, and apples for $5.69. Unacceptable- completely incorrect. Another sandwich had no cheese. It’s a Monday night after the dinner rush. We spent $30 for one meal, one happy meal, and 1 buy one get one sandwich.
