I went through the drive thru for lunch, very busy of course. that’s to be expected. i paid for a large meal and got a medium drink. so i asked for a large. this kid at the window had no idea what to do and the girl who came to help him was very rude and snappy and didn’t take the medium back. i was asked to pull forward and when i did, they brought out the large. when i asked if they can toss the medium - wrong sized drink - i got a very rude no. idk if it is policy but they could have at least been more polite.
