I ordered 2 PLAIN hot & spicy $5 meals and not only did i get them with mayo when i specifically said plain, but i also got old and moldy lettuce, that’s unacceptable and shouldn’t be getting sold to people.
Wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Itzel! I believe she is an Assistant Manager at the John Wayne Parkway location! I was Doordashin' approximately @ 11:15 P.M.and got an order from this location. I had a question about the order I received. Itzel kindly answered my question about my order and quickly prepared the order for my customer! I was coming home from work at decided to stop here. I went thru the drive thru line. I ordered, paid, and when I went to the pickup window, he gave me my drinks and told me to park on any numbered spots. ok. so i parked and a few mins later I see an employee of mcdonalds coming out to deliver food from people from the drive thru. he came up to my window and said "let's see if your a winner. what's your numbers?"
