Upon ordering my curbside pickup at 8:50PM I arrived around 9:10PM and parked in curbside pickup. I entered my spot into the app and waited for 30 minutes with no contact. I then tried to enter the store where I discovered the doors were locked prematurely. Then I waited in the drive thru line where I eventually received my cold order at 9:50, a full hour after when I ordered.
