Ordered plain double quarter pounder no cheese. Got single quarter pounder with cheese. Cheese was halfway off the patty and outside the box. 1/4 of the patty was torn off and missing.
Had two employees ask me how I was doing but they couldn't take my order while I stood at counter staring at them. I then tied to use kiosk and they laughed at me while i was trying to get kiosk to work, the kiosk didn't work and they knew that. I walked out and will never go back to any McDonald's and I will urge my family to never contribute to a McDonald's again anywhere!!! The staff is great, the only problem is the place is extremely dirty.
