Grandson was bummed when he got a princess that could not be swapped. Good service. Fun playground for different levels of ages. There is even a family bathroom exclusive to the kid area. Food was ok. I am just not a fast food fan.
Kids land was unkept ,and trash and tables were not cleaned
Went there in the afternoon. Staff was rude place was dirty paper towels all over the bathroom floor and I know an employee seen it because he was drying his hands as I walked in. Tables and floor was a mess. But when I go in during the daytime it's perfectly fine.
They missed one of the big man's that was to have extra pickles and cheese, but when we finally got it, it had no sauce or cheese, 2 pickles and covered in pepper. The rest of the food was good.
