This isnt just at this McDonald's but others as well . So McDonald's is doing monopoly again. Me and the wife get some McCrispy sandwiches. Were supposed to get monopoly tickets. You go to the touch screens they have when u place your order and guess WHAT they have a entire page that shows which food has monopoly tickets . McCrispy sandwiches is on that list and we didnt get any tickets for that and when i politely tryed to explain that to a McDonald's worker there they were dazed and confused. We love how festive this McDonalds location is with their holiday decorations! Some customers even participate by decorating the floors with organic stuff. Very appetizing and mouthwatering.
Customer service is nonexistent in this place, 3 employees walked by me and other customers and not one apologized for the wait or even greeting us. Then the lady that handed me my food just called out my number and kinda flung the bag to me without any acknowledgement. Also I only seen one employee with a hat/hairnet, so kudos to her.
