I did not get the young man's name that was working the counter today, but he was FANTASTIC! Great customer service while being extremely busy!

I don't demand perfection from any company. I demand accountability and Janet helped replace some items that they had messed up. This has happened before. No resterraunt is going to be perfect. While they should strive towards that they should perfect accountability, which is achievable. Just like this one. Good crew today.
Its sad how much this restaurant went to shit. The lobby is dirty and full of flies. No one seems to pay attention to the front counter. Have to wait minutes before someone decides they wanna come help me (even though they look over at me) Y'all might as well bring back Ronald and his homies because this place is a circus.
