Waited over a hour for food just for it to be wrong.
Yesterday was my first time coming to this McDonald's. It was very modern looking and nice on the inside. It was very clean the restrooms were very clean. Miss Kay was the one who brought out my food for me to my table. She was very professional and nice and made sure I had everything I needed. She also came back multiple times to my table and asked me if I wanted refills which was very nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience one of the best that I've had at a McDonald's in a long time.
This is the slowest and worst McDonalds I have ever been to food was cold and they forgot items.
45 minutes for 1 meal and 20% more expensive than every other McDonalds
I am so over this place. It is currently the only McDonald in Hoschton own by the Patels. They are planter on here too. They are $3 more than any other McDonald’s just for bad service. The employee can’t get it right ever. They never provide you with sauce. I spoke with GM about this last week and I told them if I can’t get sauce or straws with my meal and I am inconvenienced and have to come back or drive up there when I door dash I will star leaving reviews.
