Best McDonald's I have ever had, the food taste different and much better than the rest.
Always takes super long then the food comes out super cold. I honestly think this location should discontinue mobile orders. I commend the kids that work there because they do try. Just seems like theres no order or leadership and these kids are left to figure it out.
I don't know why but this McDonald's is not as good as others. The staff is young and not managed well I guess. The front register is never staffed due to a kiosk ordering system and when they don't give you the sauce, or ketchup or maybe your drink cups, you have to stand there until someone notices you. Sometimes a few minutes. The food does not taste fresh fries and burgers taste as though it's been sitting around a lil while and overall it's just not that great. Food was great but the service was top tier never went to a McDonalds and felt at home the cashier and even the back crew treated me and my son like family . The interior was amazing as well very clean and nice
This McDonald's location is consistently disappointing. We virtually ALWAYS receive some combination of missing food items, cold fries, or wrong/smashed food. We only keep going back because of the sheer fact that they are super close to our neighborhood. If you can, just go ahead and spend your dollars up the street at the Burger King.
