Mobile order with curbside pickup. Waited over 20 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. Mibile app said it was completed in 5 minutes. Counted at least 30 cars go through the drive thru while waiting. Food was cold and gross. Lady bringing out the food said sorry and walked away. Update 4 months later: still terrible service. Terrible customer service in the drive thru. After placing half of my order, the person on speaker said hold for a second. I wait a minute and a new person is talking to me. He asks me what I would like to order, so I had to reorder all over again. I pay and and get to the window. They tell me to go to a parking spot for my order. Before I go they give me my drinks but I tell them to not make my slushie until they get my order out but she makes it and doesn’t give it to me.
