Bad customer service, very rude manager. Order missing and no refund.
Ordered a double quarter meal from DoorDash and it comes to me almost raw .
Placed a mobile order for literally just a large drink, went in the store to pick it up. Could not get anybody to acknowledge me but yet when I called them to tell them, they may as well just cancel the order because I’m over it, the phone ringing twice and I got somebody right away. When you make eye contact with the supervisor (or at least I’m assuming that’s what she was and she was a short haired lady wearing a black shirt behind the counter) and they still ignore you, that’s a problem and y’all need To retrain your crew... read more
