Came at 11pm Thursday night, every time I come there’s a very professional and polite gentleman working the window / speaker. They’re the reason I come here and not another mcdonald’s for my drinks & food. If anyone there deserves raises it’s the gentleman on night crew!
Used to be a very good ran McDonald's but service doesn't exist anymore and they keep serving raw food. Clearly pulling food out of the fryer early to make their speed of service goals at the cost of the guest.
Absolutely horrible customer service, was standing at the front counter for over 15 minutes with all the workers completely ignoring the customers, to think they make $22 an hour to NOT be doing their job correctly
Just stopped for coffee. Went inside to order and you had to use the McDonald's app or kiosk. They brewed new coffee so we waited a few extra minutes, but at least it was hot and fresh.
This is the worse McDonalds I ever been to.
