Quarter pounder Raw in center. Had to throw out
3/4/26 @ 1150pm. This was the first time I’ve gone through their drive-thru in two months, and honestly it reminded me exactly why. The app worked, great — but that’s apparently where the success ended. I very specifically ordered ONLY ketchup on my cheeseburger. Not complicated. Not a long list of modifications. Just ketchup. Somehow that still managed to get screwed up. On top of that, I wasn’t even given a receipt, so I can’t even file a complaint through the normal process. Seriously — how hard is “only ketchup”?
