Well now, the owners and managers of McDonald's across the California landscape need to hang their heads in further shame. Here's the deal -- I nearly burnt my mouth on a quarter pounder with cheese combo meal. Why? Because they're d**n food was HOT, freshly cooked, in a way that I haven't experienced in at least two decades. Terrible service! I stood there for a long time to pick up my food, but the staff member (the lady with the mole on her face) completely ignored me and avoided eye contact the entire time. Very rude and unprofessional.

I lost the items I had just bought at Walmart while eating at McDonald's today. Because I had two children with me, the shopping cart wasn't constantly within my line of sight—plus, there was a sign at the entrance prohibiting shopping carts inside. Don't trust anyone; you must keep your belongings right next to you—even if that means abandoning the cart and carrying your shopping bags 🛍️ with you instead.
