Two things found a nice long 6-inch hair in my Big Mac unfortunately it was the last bite where I discovered this really gross some of your female employees have long hair down to their waist and it's not bunched up under a hat like food service guidelines look into that I paid $5 to eat someone's hair in your management obviously seems to think that's okay to let your hair fly around like that
I ordered ahead of time, the order wasn’t made right. The short Latina girl on the line was arguing saying she made it how the ticket said. They did not. I showed them the ticket: I had two McDoubles onions and cheese only and two regular with no onions. I told them two of them had nothing on them and that the other two had no sauce or pickles. This is what was given to us after correction
These hoes took forever (25 min) and messed up the sandwich. Waffle house has better service
This is the first McDonald's I've been to in years that has made fresh food and hot food! Well done guys! We thank you!
