It's 02/08/2026 tonight the drive thru guy is to bad, he is bothering customer and he do bad behavior. He is bothering me how you guys hire these dumb people. If some response and let management know. You are going lose your business in Union City.

Ordered on the mobile app for drive thru pickup ordered a Big Mac no cheese. They put cheese on it I tried to check it but unlike all other burger chains in America they put the cheese under the bottom patties where you can’t see it with out taking the burger out of the carton and getting lettuce all over the place. This happened to me at least 3 times last year and one time I went back to get the correct burger but my fries got cold and my drink got water down because of sitting so long.
