1 Star - (Only because 0 isn't an option) I did not have the best experience today at this location—in fact, it was an absolute travesty, thanks entirely to the staff's incompetence. To begin, I had to endure an excruciating wait of over 20 minutes for a simple order of TWO drinks. After this absurd delay, they finally surfaced from the back to tell me they had run out of the Pumpkin Iced Coffee.
