Update. Tried giving y’all a chance. Sat in the drive thru for five mins saying hello to order food. Your employees are a joke. Drove off. Went to BURGER KING instead. I can have it my way there. They don’t know what customer service is. Management seems complacent, as to you already had a 2.3 star rating at the time of this review.
This location is terrible. They are unprofessional. They laugh at you anytime you bring up a concern and they don't care about their customer service. They're rude inconsiderate and if they're unhappy with their jobs go find something else. Like literally I come here everyday to get my sweet treat and to be disappointed in expressing a concern. I've been a customer for 10 plus years and I won't be coming back to this location
