Ordered spicy chicken nuggets from a drive-through after waiting 20 minutes but they gave me regular nuggets.
Ordered double cheese, got cold cheese, they gave me a replacement with cold cheese again. I told them, lady with attitude said she could see it with her eyes when I said she could touch the cheese to see how cold it was. Terrible customer service, 0 effort in prepping food. I ended up just asking for a refund because I cannot trust them making my food for the third time with that type of attitude.
Got order wrong, no breakfast bagels @ 8:30 am stated have to wait 1hr.
