we were in the the drive-through lane...our meal was not ready..they asked me to drive around to wait while there was nobody else behind us..their explanation was they have certain amount of time to serve the customer, otherwise management gets alerted...when I refused to move they refused to serve us...unacceptable!!!
They took forever to give me my order, they didn’t even had it on the system and when they finally sent it took forever. Just ordered some fries and a chicken rap waited around 30 minutes
I love how McDonald's automated customer service to the point the staff cant even manage making orders. They are not ready for the technology. It makes the whole system much slower. We need to bring back cashiers
