I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. The app estimated 2-5 minutes to the car. 20 minutes later, the runner finally brought out my order ($5 bag). I looked in the bag, missing fries. So went in and waited another 5 minutes for fresh fries while my other items got cold. I opened the cheeseburger after returning to work to find the burger was missing the cheese. Also somehow missing 1 nugget out of 4.
Getting tired of ordering one sandwich and being asked to pull forward and wait for another 5 minutes. Not really fast food anymore
The customer service here is horrendous it's not safe for friends or allies. Food was bad cold burger not wrapped
No matter how small the order is they always make you pull around and wait in the sun. And I hate it.
